Pineapple Mint Smoothie

Pineapple Mint Smoothie

1-2 pieces of pineapple
6 mint leaves
Handfull of arugula or spinach or any green (darker the better)
2 tbsp flax seeds
1 cup almond milk (or other milk)
1/3 cup mango juice
Vanilla protein powder (whey, soy, rice, hemp any works)
Blend all ingredients together. Thin out consistency with water if necessary.
